2.4 Confirmation of Investment
Once all requirements have been met and your investment has been processed, you will receive confirmation of your investment details.
2.5 Trustee and Governance
The unit trust scheme operates under applicable legislation, and an appointed trustee oversees compliance with regulatory requirements and fund governance.

3. Administration of Investments

NUTM reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion. If an application is rejected, any funds received will be refunded subject to applicable requirements.

Investments will only be processed once all required documentation and compliance checks have been completed.
3.3 Instructions and Communication
Instructions submitted via email or other electronic means must be verified. Confirmation of receipt is the responsibility of the investor or their representative.
3.4 Processing Times

Instructions received before the daily cut-off time will be processed on the same business day
