Bursary Programme
Our Corporate Social Initiatives (CSI) program focuses on supporting education and skills development of Namibia's youth. To this end, our bursary programme provides funding to underprivileged Namibian students with exceptional academic achievement who are pursuing finance and investment related academic courses at different tertiary education institutions in Namibia.
To date more than 40 students have benefited from the programme bring our total contribution to education through our bursary programme to more than N$ 4 million since it was established in 2013. A key addition to our bursary offering during the 2023 financial year was the inclusion of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification in the eligible study programmes.
Since inception the programme has also expanded to include Work Integrated Learning and internship opportunities.
